What a session with me might be like
You Must Know You Are Seen And Heard In Our Session
My goal is for you to feel safe enough to share anything and everything you need to. If you need space to share everything that’s bubbling up inside, or someone to sit with you in silence while you process, it’s my goal to meet those needs. I tend to work from a cognitive behavioral perspective – how our thoughts impact our feelings and our actions – but I understand every person is unique and has their own needs in a session, so I’ll work within whatever framework is best for your journey.

My Background
Supporting Your Journey to Health and Well-Being
Over the years I’ve worked with trauma survivors, first responders, entrepreneurs, stay-at-home parents, and executives. I helped develop a nationally recognized $25+ million dollar pilot program involving emergency crisis response teams and I’ve managed residential treatment programs.
While I provide coaching services for those living around the world, I currently live in Hungary, but consider Texas home. I love being near the beach, swimming in the ocean, and being social in the sunshine.
I don’t own a TV, my favorite book is Man’s Search for Meaning, and currently, my favorite song is “Church in a Chevy” by Jordan Davis.
